Regenerate X Dermalogica giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. To participate in this competition, users must be following both @dermalogicauk and @regenerate accounts on Instagram, like the giveaway post and tag a friend in the comments.
  2. The draw closes on Friday 6th December 11.59pm. All comments must have been posted before this in order to be entered into the draw. Entries made after this point will not be counted.
  3. This free prize draw is open to anyone excluding employees of Dermalogica (UK&IRE) Ltd and Regenerate UK (‘’The Promoters’’), or their affiliated companies, their immediate families or anyone professionally associated with this free prize draw and their immediate families.
  4. This free prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only. The prize must be dispatched to a UK or Irish postal address.
  5. There will be x 2 winners selected at random, after the competition deadline of 11.59pm on Friday 6th December, who have fulfilled the criteria in term and condition 1) above.
  6. There will be x 1 winner selected at random from the entries made via the @dermalogicauk Instagram giveaway post and a separate x 1 winner will be selected at random from the entries made via the @regenerate Instagram giveaway post.
  7. Only one entry per Instagram username will be accepted.
  8. Each winner will receive a skincare and oral care bundle consisting of Dermalogica and Regenerate products: Dermalogica PreCleanse 150ml x 2, Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel 250ml x 2, Dermalogica BioLumin-C Serum 30ml x 2, Regenerate Advanced Toothpaste x2, Advanced Foaming Mouthwash x2 and Advanced Enamel Serum x2. There are no substitutes or cash alternatives to the prize offered.
  9. The Dermalogica and Regenerate products displayed on the Instagram giveaway photographs is not indicative of final product prizes received and is just for illustrative purposes.
  10. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, full name and postal address for the sole purpose of shipping.
  11. The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 2 working days of the closing date of the free prize draw referred to above.
  12. The winners will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
  13. The promoters will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete or illegible entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
  14. By entering this free prize draw, you are agreeing to participate in publicity about the draw and you are giving Dermalogica UK&IRE and Regenerate UK the right to use, distribute and publicise your full name/Instagram username freely in various media. The winner’s name and social media usernames may appear online, or on the Dermalogica/Regenerate social media channels.
  15. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. Dermalogica’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
  17. The promoters (Dermalogica UK&IRE Ltd and Regenerate UK Ltd) reserve the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
